This relatively new company exceeded my expectations in all aspects. They carry a huge selection of equipment, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they take care and pride in making positively sure that everything is is good working condition before handing it over to the customer. Highly recommended!

I called last minute on a weekend and not only did they have the equipment, but they were able to deliver on such short notice. Very friendly staff and veteran friendly business. I will definitely be going back for more business with WATR! Highly recommended.

Went in for my first time in this place! John greeted me with great pleasure even tho he felt bad. It was a quick an professional rental. We talked for a few minutes while no one was there and he is a great and friendly guy. Highly recommended to use his company to take care of your rental needs

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly pleasant and knew what they were talking about. I don't know what their pricing is compared to others but in my opinion it doesn't matter. This service is priceless. I'm not from the area but I know my brother in law was impressed as well with their concrete grinder and he feels the same way I do. I highly recommend them

I needed a log splitter and I was surprised to find this place in West Ashley. I'm glad I did. It was easy to reserve online. When I showed up they had it ready to go. Checking it out and dropping off was quick and easy.

I found this tool rental after realizing the home depot did not have a pressure washer for driveways. West Ashley tool rental says they stay open until 2pm on Saturdays, but call. I called and got there around 2:15 and they were still open.They are FANTASTIC! The owner new exactly what I wanted. I paid $78 to rent a pressure washer for a day. It made my driveway super clean (see pict). He even recommended what head to use.I would highly highly recommend and will be going back. The owner was friendly. The store was clean and welcoming. The prices were very good. And it is a mom n' pop local store that I love supporting.

These guys have great service, great prices and a great, convenient location. They are even open Saturdays! Their equipment is brand new and well-maintained and they even do tool and equipment repair.

I was looking for a carpet cleaner that had an extractor. These guys set me up and showed me how to use it! The Berber carpets are beautiful, once more! Amazing service and great inventory! They have EVERYTHING here!!!!! Thank you!
